A special take on Clare Riesling, in a dessert style, the vines cut about six weeks before estimated optimum fruit ripeness for the grapes dry out and concentrate the intrinsic lime citrus flavours within. The colour in the glass has a touch of green in the pale gold, the flavours oozing of lime gelato, the cut of acidity seating neatly in the zone without searing interruption
