Mount Horrocks Semillon 2010
This Clare Valley Semillon is a regional benchmark. Although 100 per cent barrel-fermented, the oak is well controlled, and its toasty, spicy inputs don’t obscure lovely lemon and floral varietal fruit. It’s clean-tasting, subtle and dry with a middleweight, tangy palate, attractive freshness and a long signature.
