Mount Horrocks 2011 Semillon is lovingly tendered from vine to bottle, with barrel fermentation and maturation in a decent proportion on new oak prompting vanilla-like spice complexity, richer flavours and textural balance all the while keeping its lemon curd and grassy varietal elements with a genuine lipsmaking more-ishness.
