Mount Horrocks 2012 Semillon

A full pendulum swing away from the early-picked Hunter zingers. This is fully barrel-fermented and delivers distinctive aromas of lemon blossom, creamy curds and almost sandalwood-like savoury elements that swell in the mouth with a textural, chalky-like feel and heaps of low-down power on the palate. These are worth cellaring too.
