The purity of fruit here is something quite special. The flavours flush through the mouth in a cleansing fashion, offering cassis, fresh mint, assorted garden herbs and a velvety lick of oak. Medium-bodied; vital; complex; polished; and not at all ‘big’ or overdone. The word ‘exemplary’ comes to mind. CM
