A remarkable gentle and subtle shiraz from the Clare Valley. About 12 per cent was whole-bunch foot crushed. The result is a brilliantly smooth and supple wine, displaying great concentration and refinement in a compelling combination. It’s so silky and textured. This is a classy wine.
