While cabernet’s great gift is its distinctive, and often exuberant dark berry aromatic lift, this offers a more gentle push, which is in line with the overall sophisticated personality of this certified organic wine. It’s open to lovely earthly and forest floor leaf notes, even faint charcuterie complexities, but it all comes back to rich, dark blackberry flavor familiarity in a medium to full bodied drive train. Composed, quiet, accomplished.
