Cabernet is at its best in a fragrant guise of elegant grace, and the cool 2021 season furnished just the conditions. Classically Clare, right down to subtle menthol/eucalypt accents. Red and blackcurrents carry a long finish laced with a fine web of strong, superfine tannins and that wonderfully bright, energetic acidity that defines the season. One for the long haul.
