Mount Horrocks Watervale Riesling 2026
A frisky, crisp and juicy riesling, imbued with distinct regional character and a sense of ease of drinking in youth. Quinine and lime scents and flavours, a crunchy red apple trill, blackcurrant, a wet pebble character in there, too. It’s got mojo and vibrancy, a sense of long and cool things apt for the season. Very impressive wine, and elegant as all get out.

Mount Horrocks Cordon Cut Riesling 2026
This is soft and pretty, juicy, plush, lingering with blossom and sweet stone fruit notes, wild honey and a ginger element. It’s hugely perfumed, interesting in its mix of toffee apple, more ginger and sniffs of white mushroom. Some pleasing, slick, palate-staining texture ups the ante. Gulpably delicious, and yet holds its form in quality wine stakes.
