Mount Horrocks Nero d’Avola 2013

Big ripe hit of dark and red berry fruit characters, touch of mocha. Cherry pie. Sweet smelling, pretty and fresh. Juicy in the palate, vibrant, crisp fringed and dances along to a sour-sweet tang of acidity. It’s joyous, delicious, refreshing, almost, and bright as can be. Perfect Australian-feeling wine, despite Italian accent. Yum.
