2014 Mount Horrocks Cabernet Sauvignon
94+ POINTS
By Campbell Mattison
Essence of cabernet. One for the cellar. Not particularly deep – though it’s deep enough – but most importantly it’s balanced, complex and lengthy. Dust, woodsmoke, boysenberry, cloves, redcurrant. It stretches its legs out beautifully along the palate, and out through the finish. Strings of herbs and presses of mint. Old school varietal character, served super fresh.
