This wine, the third release of Stephanie’s delicious Provencal-style dry rose, shows what can be done with a straight-forward but strictly no-compromise approach to making wine. Made from shiraz grown at her Alexander Vineyard, it is organic, unfined, vegan and vegetarian friendly and delicious!
The juice is allowed just two hours skin contact time to get that beautiful blushing pink hue and a little extra flavour. Fermented dry, this wine looks and tastes of spring. Ideal over lunch, or as Stephanie says “the perfect afternoon tea wine”.

Lifted red berry fruits with a hint of musk.
Vibrantly fruited, crisp and crunchy with appealing strawberry, raspberry, ripe pear and white peach notes dancing across the palate which has a citrus-fresh structure and delightful texture and length. Simply delicious.
